§ 121. Administrator of General Services; additional duties
In addition to his other functions under this chapter, the Administrator of General Services shall—
(a)
promote the training of personnel for termination settlement and interim financing by contracting agencies, war contractors, and financing institutions;
(c)
promote decentralization of the administration of termination settlements and interim financing by fostering delegation of authority within contracting agencies and to war contractors, to the extent he deems necessary and feasible; and
(d)
consult with war contractors through advisory committees or such other methods as he deems appropriate.
