§ 125. Exemption of certain contracts outside continental United States or in Alaska
Subject to policies prescribed by the Administrator of General Services, any contracting agency may exempt from some or all of the provisions of this chapter
(a)
any war contract made or to be performed outside the continental limits of the United States or in Alaska, or
(b)
any termination inventory situated outside of the continental limits of the United States or in Alaska, or
(c)
any modification of a war contract pursuant to its terms for the purpose of changing plans or specifications applicable to the work without substantially reducing its extent.
