§ 253l-3. Contract authority of Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives
During fiscal year 2001 and any succeeding fiscal year, the Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives may—
(1)
enter into contracts for the acquisition of severable services for a period that begins in 1 fiscal year and ends in the next fiscal year to the same extent as the head of an executive agency under the authority of section
253l of this title; and
(2)
enter into multiyear contracts for the acquisitions of property and nonaudit-related services to the same extent as executive agencies under the authority of section
254c of this title.
