§ 253l-8. Contract authority of Secretary of Smithsonian Institution
(a)
In general
The Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution may—
(1)
enter into multi-year contracts for the acquisition of property and services under the authority of section
254c of this title; and
(2)
enter into contracts for the acquisition of severable services for a period that begins in one fiscal year and ends in the next fiscal year under the authority of section
253l of this title.
