§ 2459j-1. Deposit of proceeds from lease of non-excess property
On and after December 16, 2009, notwithstanding section
2459j of this title, all proceeds from leases entered into under that section shall be deposited into this account and shall be available for a period of 5 years, to the extent provided in annual appropriations Acts.
