§ 2466a. Goals
The purpose of sections
2466 to
2466c of this title is to set the reimbursement pricing policy for the Space Transportation System for commercial and foreign users which is consistent with the findings included in section
2466 of this title, encourages the full and effective use of space, and is designed to achieve the following goals—
(1)
the preservation of the role of the United States as a leader in space research, technology, and development;
