§ 2486l. Authorization of appropriations
(a)
There are authorized to be appropriated for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter sums not to exceed—
(1)
$10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1988 and 1989; and
(2)
$15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1990 and 1991.
(b)
Such sums as may be appropriated under this section shall remain available until expended.
