§ 10405. Evaluation
Every 2 years, the Secretary shall review, evaluate, and report to the appropriate Committees of the Congress, as to the effectiveness of the programs administered and operated pursuant to this chapter, particularly in relation to repeated incidents of family violence. Such report shall also include a summary of the documentation provided to the Secretary under section
