§ 11317. Definitions
For purposes of this subchapter:
(1)
The term “Council” means the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness established in section
11311 of this title.
(2)
The term “Federal agency” has the meaning given the term “agency” in section
551
(1) of title
5.
