§ 1807. Definitions
For purposes of this chapter—
(1)
the term “common carrier” has the same meaning given such term in section
1702
(6) of this Appendix; and
(2)
the terms “passenger vessel” and “vessel of the United States” have the same meaning given such terms in section
2101 of title
46.
