§ 323. Transfer of funds; appropriations
The unexpended balances of funds available to the Selective Service System are made available to the Office of Selective Service Records for the purposes of this Act [sections
321 to
329 of this Appendix] and such additional appropriations as are necessary therefor are authorized.
