§ 328. Suspension of conflicting laws
Except as provided in this Act [sections
321 to
329 of this Appendix], all laws and parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act [said sections] are suspended to the extent of such conflict for the period in which this Act [said sections] shall be in force.
