Commissioners in office to complete term.
115.041. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed in anyway as interfering with or discontinuing the term of office of anyperson now serving as an election commissioner until the term forwhich he was appointed has expired, or until he has been removed asprovided in section 115.037.
