State to pay all costs of election, when.
115.061. 1. When any question or candidate is submitted toa vote of all voters in the state and no other question orcandidate is submitted at the same election, all costs of theelection shall be paid from the general revenue of the state.
2. After an audit by the commissioner of administration, thestate treasurer shall pay the amounts claimed by and due therespective counties and cities out of moneys appropriated by thegeneral assembly for the purpose.
