Vacancy, how filled.
115.093. If an election judge dies, resigns, becomesincapacitated, becomes disqualified, is removed pursuant tosection 115.099, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to serveduring his term, the election authority shall appoint anotherqualified person from the same political party as the unable orunwilling judge to serve as a temporary judge or for theunexpired term.
