Registration of persons unable to write.
115.161. If any person applying to register in personpursuant to this subchapter is unable to write, the electionofficial shall fill in the registration cards, and the applicantshall sign by mark, witnessed by the election official. Theelection official shall note the applicant's height in feet andinches, weight, color of eyes and other distinguishing featuresunder the title "Remarks" on the registration cards.
