Exhibition, demonstration and instruction on voting machinesauthorized.

115.269. For the purpose of giving instructions on theiruse, any election authority may designate suitable times andplaces for the exhibition and demonstration of its votingmachines or marking devices. During such instructions, thevoting machines and marking devices may contain sample ballotlabels which show the names of offices and fictitious candidates.No voting machine shall be used for instruction after it has beenprepared and sealed for use at an election, unless it is preparedagain and resealed prior to the election. During theinstructions, no counting mechanism on any voting machine shallbe exposed to view.
