115.397. In each primary election, each voter shall beentitled to receive the ballot of one and only one politicalparty, designated by the voter before receiving his ballot. Eachvoter who participates in a party primary shall be entitled tovote on all questions and for any nonpartisan candidatessubmitted by political subdivisions and special districts at theprimary election. Each voter who does not wish to participate ina party primary may vote on all questions and for any nonpartisancandidates submitted by a political subdivision or specialdistrict at the primary election.
