115.413. 1. Not later than the tenth day prior to eachpresidential election, and more often if necessary, the secretaryof state shall furnish to each election authority a sufficientnumber of printed pamphlets containing the provisions of theconstitution and laws of the state relating to elections. Eachelection authority shall carefully preserve the pamphlets in itsoffice. At least one copy shall be provided by each electionauthority to each polling place in its jurisdiction at eachelection. After each election, all such pamphlets shall bereturned to the office of the election authority with theelection supplies.
2. The secretary of state may also publish instructions toelection judges for distribution by election authorities toelection judges.
