Runoff election between tied candidates only.
115.519. Only the names of those persons who have receivedan equal number of votes for nomination to an office at partyprimary and a higher number of votes than any other candidate forthe same office on the same party ballot shall appear on thespecial primary election ballot. Only the names of those personswho have received an equal number of votes for nomination orelection to an office at any other election, and a higher numberof votes than any other candidate for the same office at the sameelection shall appear on the special election ballot.
