Certificate of nomination to issue, when--certificate of election toissue, when.
115.523. 1. As soon as possible after each primaryelection, each person nominated for an office at the primaryelection shall be issued a certificate of nomination.
2. As soon as possible after each other election, eachperson elected to an office at the election shall be issued acertificate of election.
3. The certificate shall be issued to each person nominatedor elected by the officer responsible for accepting such person'sdeclaration of candidacy.
