Contest of state office election to be heard by supreme court.

115.555. All contested elections for the office of governor,lieutenant governor, secretary of state, attorney general, statetreasurer and state auditor shall be heard and determined by thesupreme court. Likewise, all contests to the results ofelections on constitutional amendments, on state statutessubmitted or referred to the voters, and on questions relating tothe retention of appellate and circuit judges subject to articleV, section 25 of the state constitution shall be heard anddetermined by the supreme court.
