Evidence to be received, form, contents.
115.571. 1. Evidence received by the senate or house may beeither by depositions taken pursuant to section 115.569 or bywitnesses subpoenaed for personal appearance before the senate orhouse.
2. No testimony shall be received in the taking ofdepositions which does not relate to the points specified in thenotices.
3. All testimony taken shall be certified by the personsappointed to take the depositions to the president of the senateor to the speaker of the house, as the case may be.
