Convention of delegates of established party authorized.

115.625. The state committee of any established politicalparty may, except as otherwise provided by law, call a conventionof delegates to be apportioned, chosen or elected in such manneras it may prescribe for the purpose of nominating presidentialelectors, electing delegates to national conventions, electingmembers of national committees adopting or making declarations ofparty principles on national questions, and to do and perform anyother act not inconsistent with the law.
