Constitution or bylaws of political committees authorized--howchanged.
115.627. A party committee may adopt a constitution orbylaws or both. Such constitution or bylaws may have anyprovisions not in conflict with the laws of this state. Changesto such party rules may require no greater than a two-thirds voteof the total membership of a committee. Within a sixty-dayperiod after the required committee organizational meetingfollowing each primary election, any such constitution or bylawsmay be changed or amended by a majority vote of the totalmembership of the committee.
