Employee not entitled to benefits, when.
290.120. No such servant or employee who secretes or absentshimself to avoid payment to him, or refuses to receive the samewhen fully tendered, shall be entitled to any benefit undersections 290.110 and 290.120 for such time as he so avoidspayment.
