Penalty for violation.
290.340. Any officer, official, member, agent orrepresentative of any public body, contractor or subcontractorwho willfully violates and omits to comply with any of theprovisions and requirements of sections 290.210 to 290.340 shallbe punished for each violation thereof by a fine not exceedingfive hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding sixmonths, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day suchviolation or omission continues shall constitute a separateoffense as contemplated by this section.
