Promulgation of rules, generally, this chapter.
375.013. The director may promulgate rules pursuant to the provisionsof this section and chapter 536, RSMo, to implement the requirements ofthis chapter. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authorityof this chapter shall become effective unless it has been promulgatedpursuant to the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
