Canadian and British insurers, special requirements.

375.1057. 1. In the case of Canadian and British insurers, the"annual audited financial report" shall be defined as the annual statementof total business on the form filed by such companies with theirsupervision authority duly audited by an independent chartered accountant.

2. For such Canadian and British insurers, the letter required bysubsection 2 of section 375.1035 shall state that the accountant is awareof the requirements relating to the annual audited financial report filedwith the director pursuant to section 375.1030 and shall affirm that theopinion expressed is in conformity with such requirements.
