Citation of law--inapplicability.
375.1070. 1. Sections 375.1070 to 375.1075 may be cited as the"Investments in Medium and Lower Quality Obligations Law".
2. Sections 375.1070 to 375.1075 shall not apply to an insurerorganized under chapter 376, RSMo.
