Power of director to institute proceedings, when.
375.1238. The director in his sole discretion may institute proceedingsunder sections 375.1160 to 375.1164 at the request of the director of thestate department of insurance, financial institutions and professionalregistration, or other appropriate insurance official of the domiciliary stateof any foreign or alien insurer having property located in this state.
