Stay of actions during liquidation proceedings.
375.1244. During the pendency in this or any other state ofa liquidation proceeding, whether called by that name or not, noaction or proceeding in the nature of an attachment, garnishmentor levy of execution shall be commenced or maintained in thisstate against the delinquent insurer or its assets.
