375.1246. If an ancillary receiver in another state orforeign country, whether called by that name or not, fails totransfer to the domiciliary liquidator in this state any assetswithin his control other than special deposits, diminished onlyby the allocated loss adjustment expenses of the ancillaryreceivership, if any, the claims filed in the ancillaryreceivership, other than special deposit claims or securedclaims, shall be considered a class 7 claim as provided bysection 375.1218.
