Notices, effective when.
375.1272. All notices by the director to an insurer whichmay result in regulatory action under sections 375.1250 to375.1275 shall be effective upon dispatch if transmitted byregistered or certified mail, or in the case of any othertransmission shall be effective upon the insurer's receipt ofsuch notice.
