Rulemaking authority.
375.143. In order to effectuate and aid in the interpretation ofsection 375.141, the director, under section 374.045, RSMo, may adopt rulesand regulations codifying professional standards of producer competency andtrustworthiness in the handling of applications, premium funds, conflictsof interest, record keeping, supervision of others, and customersuitability.
