Violation of sections 375.1500 to 375.1527, penalties.
375.1527. In addition to any other penalties provided by the laws ofthis state, an insurer or producer that violates a requirement of sections375.1500 to 375.1527 shall be guilty of an unfair trade practice pursuantto sections 375.930 to 375.948.
