Company may file motion to quash service--grounds.
375.291. Nothing contained in section 375.281 shall beconstrued to prevent any defendant insurance company,association, or other insurer, not incorporated or authorizedunder the laws of this state, who has been served with processunder the provisions of sections 375.256 to 375.301, from filingmotion to quash service upon the ground either:
(1) That the defendant insurance company, association, orother insurer has not done or committed or caused to be done orcommitted any of the acts enumerated in section 375.256; or
(2) That the person upon whom service of process was madepursuant to the provisions of section 375.266 was not engaged inor doing any of the acts enumerated therein.
