Officers not to use funds for private gain--penalty.

375.390. No officer, stockholder, agent or employee of anyinsurance company, formed under the laws of this state, or doingbusiness herein, shall, directly or indirectly, use or employ, orpermit others to use or employ, any of the money, funds orsecurities of such company for private profit or gain, and anysuch use shall be deemed a felony, punishable, upon conviction,by imprisonment in the penitentiary not less than two years normore than five years for each offense.
