Additional powers of director--promulgation of rules.
375.948. 1. The powers vested in the director by sections375.930 to 375.948 shall be additional to any other powers toenforce any penalties, fines or forfeitures authorized by lawwith respect to the methods, acts and practices hereby declaredto be unfair or deceptive.
2. The director may, after notice and hearing, promulgatereasonable rules, regulations and orders as are necessary orproper to carry out and effectuate the provisions of sections375.930 to 375.948.
