Article 22-B - (650 - 662) THE DEATH PENALTY

  • 650 - Warrant for execution of death sentence.
  • 651 - Time of execution.
  • 652 - Delivery of warrant and confinement.
  • 653 - Transmittal of record to the governor.
  • 654 - Governor may consult.
  • 655 - Governor only to reprieve.
  • 656 - Proceeding when person under sentence of death may be incompetent.
  • 657 - Proceeding when person under sentence of death is pregnant.
  • 658 - Death penalty inflicted by lethal injection.
