§52C‑2‑209. Credit for payments.
Amounts collected and creditedfor a particular period pursuant to a support order issued by a tribunal ofanother state must be credited against the amounts accruing or accrued for thesame period under a support order issued by the tribunal of this State. (1995,c. 538, s. 7(c).)
