§52C‑3‑317. Assistance with discovery.
A tribunal of this State mayrequest a tribunal of another state to assist in obtaining discovery, and uponrequest, may compel a person over whom it has jurisdiction to respond to adiscovery order issued by a tribunal of another state. (1995,c. 538, s. 7(c).)
