§52C‑5‑505. Penalties for noncompliance.
An employer who willfullyfails to comply with an income‑withholding order issued by another stateand received for enforcement is subject to the same penalties that may beimposed for noncompliance with an order issued by a tribunal of this State. (1997‑433,s. 10.8; 1998‑17, s. 1.)
