§ 33-11-31 - Power of probate court over witnesses.

SECTION 33-11-31

   § 33-11-31  Power of probate court overwitnesses. – The probate court may compel the attendance of witnesses and administer oathsduring hearings on claims in the same manner as other courts of record.
