§ 33-15.1-38 Allowances to guardians.– Probate courts are authorized to allow in the settlement of the accounts of anyguardian any reasonable sums as the guardian shall have paid for the suitablesupport of his or her ward and family, and also a reasonable compensation tothe guardian for his or her services.
