§ 33-15.1-8 - Nonresident as guardian of minor.

SECTION 33-15.1-8

   § 33-15.1-8  Nonresident as guardian ofminor. – A nonresident shall not be appointed or approved as guardian of a minorresident in this state, but this provision shall not apply to a testamentaryguardian.
