SECTION 33-15-12

   § 33-15-12  Powers of temporary limitedguardian or guardian – Bond. – Each limited guardian or guardian, appointed as provided in § 33-15-10,shall have the authority granted by the temporary limited guardianship orguardianship order until he or she shall be legally discharged; and he or sheshall give bond to the probate court in like manner, and with like conditions,as is required of limited guardians or guardians.
