§ 33-16-9 Rating of mental incompetenceshown in petition. – In the case of a mentally incompetent ward, the petition shall show if this bethe fact, that the ward has been rated incompetent by the veteransadministration on examination in accordance with the laws and regulationsgoverning the veterans administration.
