§ 33-22-15 - Dispensation with notice by assent of parties.

SECTION 33-22-15

   § 33-22-15  Dispensation with notice byassent of parties. – The notice required by law in any proceeding in a probate court may bedispensed with if all parties entitled thereto assent in writing to theproceeding.
