§ 33-7-8 - Proof of will of nonresident.

SECTION 33-7-8

   § 33-7-8  Proof of will of nonresident.– The will, duly executed, of any person who resides outside the state at thetime of his or her death, may be proved before the probate court of any townwhere any property is situated upon which the will may operate.
